Needle Lace - 24" x 20.25" - Associated with spiritual awakening, emotional release, and a sense of unity with the universe, moonlight dancing promotes feelings of joy, well-being, and emotional expression. These joyful dancing women transcend the mundane and enter a state of connection. This piece was part of the exhibit Togetherness, Gallery: Station 3510, Brentwood, MD from 12/13/2025 - 01/02/2026 as well as part of Felicia and Friends: A Togetherness Tribute to MLK | January 17-February 22, at the Main Gallery of the Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Dowell, MD.

Thread Painting - 6" x 6" - The cat spirit animal symbolizes independence, intuition, mystery and self-reliance. The cat is seen as a spiritual protector capable of sensing and warding off negative energies. It also encourages introspection, a balance between action and rest, and the courage to face challenges by trusting our inner wisdom.

Thread Painting - 8" x 8" - Inspired by the iconic imagery of internationally known photographer Khanh Phan, “Harvesting Water Lilies” recreates the annual water lily harvest in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta to honor the quiet, generational labor of women who gather bông súng by hand in rhythm with water and season. From a distance this thread painting appears as a single flower; up close the stitchwork mirrors the women’s repetitive motions and reflects spiritual growth as a process rooted in depth where meaning, rises gently through stillness, to quietly demonstrate awakening. Part of the collective art exhibit "Those Who Create: Layers of Power, Presence and Possibility," March 7 - April 28, 2026 in Annapolis, Maryland

Needle Lace - 42" x 34" - Angel wings symbolize a connection to the Divine and commonly represent protection, guidance and spirituality. These wings reflect a healing journey from trauma and honor the presence of the Divine in my life. This piece was part of the exhibit Survivorship: Serenity at Gallery B in Bethesda, Maryland, from October 9 to November 2, 2025.

Thread Painting - 17 1/4" x 19 3/4" - The deer spirit animal is often associated with gentleness, sensitivity, and the ability to face life's challenges with grace.

Thread Painting - 7 3/4" x 8 1/2" - In addition to being nature's weaver, Mother Spider represents feminine energy, receptivity, patience, and creativity.

Needle Lace - 39" x 28" - I had the opportunity to bicycle the Blue Ridge Parkway from Roanoke, Pennsylvania, to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park in Tennessee. This is an interpretation of the Blue Ridge Mountains on that trip.

Thread Painting - 6 1/2" x 9 1/2" - Trees are magnificent! An alchemist friend once told me when we leave our DNA on a tree, it remembers us. I have befriended many trees. This tree is 'Betsy' and she watches over a portion of Minnehaha Creek near my home.

Thread Painting - 5" x 6 3/4" - Inspired by photo of Indian Woman taken while traveling in India on a month-long textile tour.

Needle Lace - 7 1/2" x 7 1/2" - This is a traditional needle lace design. I wanted to show my expertise in needle lace because I tend to 'color outside the lines' with this technique.

Embroidery - 5 1/2" x 8" - Exploration in color and variety of stitches

Embroidery - 19 1/2" x 19 1/2" - Included in A Common Thread Exhibit at The Textile Center in 2020 and at the Minnesota State Fair in 2021 - “Re-examine all that you have been told. Dismiss what insults your soul.” Walt Whitman - This piece is designed to be a spiritual trigger to awaken people from the deception of predictive programming.

Needle Lace - 45" x 51" - The shape is called a Merkaba (a Hebrew word meaning Mer=Light Ka=Spirit Ba=Body) and is sacred geometry formed by two tetrahedrons, or triangular pyramids, pointing in opposite directions. My design includes the Flower of Life sacred geometric shape on each side of each pyramid.
